This set of paintings includes a dorsal, medial, & ventral perspective of the complex anatomical elements of the brain. In the dark, the paintings project a greenish-glow which is enhanced by the presence of black light (included with the paintings). At first sight the painting appears rather simple and& neutral, but the true essence of the images is captured in darkness. Inspired by magnetic resonance imaging and & the complexity of the brain, this piece truly is \u201clight from darkness.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
