This painting illustrates how memories, encoded by intricate neuronal circuits, connect us to loved ones and life experiences that have shaped our identity. The idea of knitting neurons together speaks to the desire to preserve memories that neurodegenerative disorders or ageing might erode. Through my art, I hope to connect the precious human possession of memories with the fascinating neurobiology that underpins them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
