Just Give it Time

In April of 2015 my father and I were in a serious car accident. While I was fortunate to walk away with only a few bruises, my dad experienced injuries that would affect his body as well as his mind. For the next few years my whole family would feel the true repercussions. We collectively experienced mental health struggles. The artwork is a way of representing this event as well as the aftermath, displaying images of the car aftermath itself, scans of injuries, and forget-me-not flowers as a symbol of neurological impacts.
